Jeremiah Jones, PLMHP

Jeremiah strives to provide a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to move toward meaningful change. He believes that healing involves more than simply reducing symptoms; it is about understanding how past experiences have shaped us, discovering our strengths, building resilience, and creating a life that aligns with our values.

Jeremiah obtained both a Bachelor of Science in Professional Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University.

His counseling approach is grounded in person-centered and existential therapy, emphasizing a genuine therapeutic relationship, personal meaning, and each client's capacity for growth. He integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet each client's unique needs. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, Jeremiah works collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, challenge unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen relationships when important to them, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Jeremiah has experience working with adults facingdepression, anxiety, trauma and trauma-related disorders, ADHD, substance usedisorders, co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and seriousand persistent mental illness.
